I am an IDIOT when it comes to Satellites!

I’m sorry! It was pointed out to me that ships RECEIVE GPS signals from satellites and that is how ships know where they are. AND, TV dosen’t use satellites – that is why 99% of communications go through undersea cables. I’m so ashamed.
