Digging through some old stuff, I found this notebook I put together the morning of my first day of the Vow of Silence I did from September 6th, 2019 to September 6th, 2020. I planned on carrying this book around after I used it to let my parents know what I was doing but after realizing people just didn’t really care about why I was doing what I was doing, it just stayed on top of the refrigerator for the whole year.
