Mallika is the founder of Annapurna Mazunte. Annapurna is a threefold project: Food Forest, Ayurvedic Indian Restaurant and Gurukul (school). Since a young age she cultivated herself in the spiritual arts associated with India under guidance and tutelage from her family, teachers and mentors. She spent most of her adult years syncretizing this knowledge with that of other indigenous people all over the world. This is the same knowledge she and her teachers share with students at her school, Annapurna Gurukul.
The 11th episode presents integrated information from prior classes in a framework; studying yogic values to reach personal freedom. It explores the question: How to come closer to the level of advancement of our ancestors?
Annapurna Gurukul is continuing our free online classes! Our next class is Saturday, August 13 at 10.30 am EST. This day will be dedicated to exploring Yoga, Science, Math, Spirituality and experiential learning, all through a non-dogmatic perspective. The class runs for 3 hours. Sundays at 11 am EST, we have a class for children based on Value Education, Mathematics, Indian Tribal Art and Yoga. This interdisciplinary class runs for 3 hours and is focused on helping children understand, integrate and practice a healthy, loving and fulfilling lifestyle from a young age.
