This will help us find the happiness and peace we all long for. This is part 2 of my series of classes teaching how to meditate and train the mind for peace and happiness. In this 10 part series, I will guide you through several different methods of meditation practice used for developing the mind and finding peace and happiness in your life. Training the mind using meditation practice is an absolute necessity if we are to find the happiness we are looking for.
