Gary Orsum is under the impression the Eiffel Tower is situated in a region that violates the second law of thermodynamics. I wonder how long the people of Paris can live without air, I haven’t been recently so I must assume that Gary is correct and Paris is, like outer space, a vacuum existing happily next to the high pressure gas in Belgium that says in Belgium without any barrier.
